Job Description

Sansheng Pharmaceutical plc (SSP) is a GMP certified company by EFDA and is currently working for further international certifications of WHO and other country’s regulatory bodies. SSP is involved in the production of tablets / capsules (annual capacity of 5 billion units) and injection products in the form of ampules (annual capacity of 300 million ampules) and large volume infusions (annual capacity of over 10 million liters/bags) by using fully automatic and semiautomatic state of the art technology. The company also have several expansion plans in to various dosage forms that are going to be erected on its expansion project having more than 16.7 hectare total area of land.

We are looking for an experienced and organized Administration Clerk to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the organization clerical duties. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Assist the administrative supervisor to do a good job in the management and inventory of the administrative warehouse (including office supplies warehouse and dormitory warehouse), and make a good accounting record, and report it on the 25th of each month;
  • Responsible for contacting the supplier for delivery according to the office supplies purchase plan, checking the quantity of arrivals; recording the monthly ledger of office supplies for each department;
  • Assist to manage of administrative building keys and dormitory building keys, and use the ledger to avoid theft;
  • Assist the administrative assistant to be responsible for the arrangement and ledger records of the local staff’s night shift dormitory, and arrange for cleaners to clean the shift dormitory every day;
  • Assist the administrative assistant to manage the cleanliness of the office area and dormitory area;
  • Responsible for organizing the cleaning and sanitation inspection of the office area and dormitory area and analyzing and filing the inspection results;
  • Responsible for the delivery driver’s delivery records, accounting for monthly delivery allowances; register the fuel, toll, parking, and maintenance costs of each vehicle, and report on the 25th of each month; monitor and monitor vehicle fuel consumption and mileage. an examination;
  • Responsible for the update of the canteen breakfast, coffee, tea sales records and review of the real situation;
  • Participate in the reception of visitors, exhibition hall preparation, on-site explanation, etc.;
  • Responsible for the preparation of tea, drinks, fruits, snacks, brochures and videos in the conference room during the meeting or reception;
  • Prepare the restaurant and drinks according to the company’s reception information;
  • Assist the administrative supervisor in the management of the fixed assets of the administrative building and dormitory building; office computer, notebook ledger management;
  • Responsible for weekly mask distribution and records;
  • Regularly replenish bottled water for reception in the leadership office;
  • Responsible for the management of company logos;
  • Responsible for the management of the company’s bulletin board, including notice pasting, timely cleaning of expired documents, etc.;
  • Assist the administrative supervisor in reviewing invoices, copying and filling in invoices;
  • Responsible for printing, stamping and issuing of exit pass;
  • Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.

Job Requirements


  • BA Degree in Management, Accounting, Economics and Related Fields
  • Be good at using office application
  • Good writing and speaking skills in English
  • Strong logical thinking ability, communication ability, observation ability and adaptability;
  • Have a strong sense of responsibility,rigorous and objective in work
  • Experience:2 years’ Experience
