Job Summary

uf0a7 The senior business analysis officer, supports the business users with the formulation of a system or process change within the business activity. The role holder will work closely with the Business end users, IT Services, the Project team and external Suppliers, to ensure that an effective solution is deployed into the estate. The senior officer will support the project during the project life cycle.

Academic & Professional Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Information System, Software Engineering or any other equivalent field.

uf0a7 Professional ICT qualifications in Microsoft systems and ERP systems is an added advantage.

Experience

At least Four (4) years of service delivery management

Required Technical Competency

Experience working as a business analyst (or equivalent role) in a Banking environment.

uf0a7 Experience of the full product lifecycle.

uf0a7 Familiarity with digital and web service solutions.

uf0a7 Awareness of Open Source and cloud technologies.

uf0a7 Experience of the development and implementation of ERP and E-Commerce solutions

uf0a7 Good working knowledge of database management, data analysis and business reporting.

uf0a7 Up to date knowledge of the security and legal obligations surrounding managing data and information.

uf0a7 Experience of proactively managing IT suppliers and contracts
