Digital Exploration: Lead dynamic workshops, spot opportunities for digital transformation, and work side-by-side with clients to craft the digital strategies of tomorrow.

Stakeholder Champion: Be the bridge between Ionology’s innovative core and our esteemed clients. Listen, engage, and co-design solutions that shape industries.

Job responsibilities:

• Manage any potential elements of DX Transformation Delivery using field proven frameworks created by our partner Ionology – you set your limits
• Work alongside our expert DX Consultants to come up with innovative ideas to test – creating Hypothesis and Proof of Concepts to be tested, generally co-created with customer staff
• Act as an interface between ‘traditional’ Project Management Office roles and the transformational teams Ionology works with, advocating Ionology frameworks and approaches
• Keep us on track! Maintain consistent project reporting in line with customer and Ionology metrics with a firm focus on delivering value to our clients
• Ensuring the boring-but-necessary stuff happens: people log their time and everyone is where they should be when they should be
• Manage project finances, ensuring transparency and clear communication with all parties about project budget and progress
• If successful, you’ll have the opportunity to play a big role in building a Digital Project Management practice within Ionology that represents our values and pushes us to do even better

Qualifications and Requirements

We are looking for individuals with the following experience:

• An academic background in Business, Technology, or a field that screams “digital transformation.”
• Proven mettle in project management and the flair for dynamic digital consultation
• A mindset that thrives in ambiguity, while always keeping an eye on the bigger picture
• Stellar communication skills. Yes, the kind that can ignite a room!
• Solid experience working with / reporting to customer audiences from C-Suite to key individual contributors in the course of delivering customer projects but when required pre and post project
• Experience with sprint-based Agile delivery as well as traditional waterfall project delivery approaches.
• Willingness to drive the development of innovative ideas, processes and adoption – or even invention of – tooling which can differentiate our customer delivery experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn!

• Any relevant certification (e.g. Prince2, Agile, Scrum, or similar) is desirable.
• Understanding of working with data driven projects and businesses
• Experience of working with data visualization systems for project metrics, e.g. Excel, PowerBI, Tableau et al
• Knowledge of design thinking or any other innovation focused frameworks welcome
• Knowledge of the business landscape, culture, and regulations in the Middle East and / or Africa
