Position Overview: As the Human Resource Division Manager within the Property Management Department of The Place Luxury Living, you will play a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with the goals of both the Property Management Department and the overarching company, Bekele Legesse-Erenna/3MY-DG-STARDUST BUZZ/. Reporting to the Property Management Department and functionally under the authority of the Human Resource Management and General Service Department, you will lead HR initiatives to foster a positive work environment, manage talent, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Strategic HR Leadership:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the goals of the Property Management Department and Bekele Legesse-Erenna/3MY-DG-STARDUST BUZZ/.
Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure HR initiatives support the overall success of the company.
Talent Acquisition and Management:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring the selection of top-tier candidates for the Property Management Department.
- Implement talent management and succession planning strategies to support organizational growth.
- Foster positive employee relations through effective communication, conflict resolution, and engagement initiatives.
- Address employee concerns and grievances in collaboration with the Human Resource Management and General Service Department.
Compliance and Policies:
- Stay abreast of employment laws and regulations to ensure departmental and company-wide compliance.
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures in alignment with company guidelines.
- Oversee the performance appraisal process, providing guidance to departmental managers and employees on goal setting and improvement plans.
- Collaborate with the Human Resource Management and General Service Department on company-wide performance management initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as an HR manager in the property management, Hospitality or real estate industry.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with both departmental and company-wide objectives.
