Job Description

Our client, Addis Life Real Estate Plc, is engaged in residential and commercial real estate development. The company invites applicants for the position of an IT administrator with the following main duties and responsibilities
  • Providing support for Microsoft operating systems and programs as well other common small business applications.
  • Perform necessary maintenance, solve PC hardware, software, or minor network problems.
  • Provide troubleshooting and support for internet connectivity and email issues as they arise.
  • Maintaining and updating virus protection on desktops, and other software installation as required.
  • Fix and repair printers, scanners and other peripheral devices as required.
  • Assisting with network administrative services (Passwords, Email Accounts, Troubleshooting, and Security)
  • Keeping a record of documentation of resolutions for future reference
  • Assisting with projects and other relevant duties as required

Job Requirements

  • First degree Degree in Computer Science or software engineering with at least 2 years of relevant expereince.
  • Experience working with ERP would be an advantage.
