Purpose of the Job:

To ensure the profitability of the service line by maintaining good relationship with clients and monitoring the quality and timely completion of assignments. This position is also responsible to guide and support associates and manage the overall IT related supports and ensure all IT services are provided as per the standard.

Main Responsibilities:







System Administration

  • Manage generic server by ensuring active directory is giving service; DHCP service is always active to manage the margin; create, delete, rename, and change AD users and manage the server file and storage devices, make sure it has available space every time.
  • Ensure local area network by connecting all nodes to the LAN, add new nodes or change places, joining new user to active directory and sharing resources through the network.
  • Manage and control Wi-Fi network: manage SSID name and policies of the firm Wi-Fi, ensure the security level is in high level and administer passcodes for the firm’s safety.
  • Manage all contents in the web domain: create, delete, rename, and change mailbox accounts, configure accounts to users’ computer mail client application software and oversee the domain policies to satisfy all user requests such as auto responder, group policies, forwards and others.
  • Manage and oversee the firm’s security: ensure LAN security and Wi-Fi security system is effective, antivirus license, company hardware and software devices and collect all company resources and files by taking backup.
  • Manage and follow-up new joiner’s laptop configuration and leaver staff removal from user accounts – AD and domain.
  • Control overall user management: create, delete, rename, and purge users from AD domain and GTINET.
  • The organization IT Assets both software and hardware management.
  • Develop IT strategies, policies, and guidelines.

Cloud and Workflow Development

  • Collect workflow requirements from service lines and partners to automate manually processed operations.
  • Azure AD user management
  • O365 license management and multifactor security enabling.
  • Central Email communication management
  • O365 workflow development and mange existing using power app and power automate.

Training

  • Develop annual training plan on Application.
  • Deliver those trainings in collaboration with the associate.

Support

  • Maintain and replace damaged or outdated computers and supervise the firm’s computer maintenance.
  • Guide and support associates.
  • Evaluate the performance of associates for engagement and year-end reviews.

Cybersecurity

  • Ensure and follow-up Grant Thornton International firms’ requirements: ensure the firewall device is active and licensed, check the vulnerability scanning system is active, oversee all company devices are encrypted and manage all contents of the company according to GTI policy.
  • Comply on the firm annual GTI cybersecurity minimum requirements.
  • Perform phishing campaigns.
  • Firewall management.
  • Content filtering management using the firewall and defender antivirus.
  • Develop annual training plan on cybersecurity and deliver to employees and clients.
  • Vulnerability management and risk management operations.

IT Service

  • Performs other related duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
  • Support service lines on their IT related activities most importantly on their deliverables.
  • Compile and prepare proposals to IT service inquires.
  • Develop methodologies for the IT service inquires.
  • Support IT services to be delivered for clients on ERP, Cybersecurity, Advisory, and other inquiries.

Job Requirements

Educational and Experience Required

      • BSc/ MSc in Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering and related fields.
      • 7 years of experience BSc and a minimum of 2 years experience in Managerial role.

Certification or License Required

      • No

Ability and Skill Required

      • Decision making skills, sense of judgment and balanced perspective.
      • Managerial Leadership (planning, organizing, monitoring, staffing and leading abilities and skills.
      • Report writing, editing, data gathering and analytical skills.
