Marketing Supervisor

Job Objective:

S/he deploy all creative assets and execute advertising and media strategy, work with vendors and publishers, develop strong and influential relationships. And s/he should be equally proficient with day-to-day marketing activities and long-term strategizing, and strive under tight deadlines to meet the company’s changing needs.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing comprehensive multi-channel marketing plan for the company.
• Developing and overseeing content creation for Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter, blog and any other relevant online channels.
• Managing traditional marketing campaigns (print, direct mail, customer communications) to deliver competitive ROI.
• Monitoring market trends, researching consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
• Stay up-to-date with digital media technologies and latest trends.
• Strong experience in SEO, data analytics, marketing campaigns and strategic planning.
• Managing and improving lead generation campaigns, measuring and reporting results.
• Managing content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support.
• Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads.
• Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly.

Preferred Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business or a similar discipline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, project management tools marketing automation and CRM tools.
• Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy.
• Excellent planning and organization skills and be confident with budgeting and project management.
• Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production etc.
