Job Description

Job Summary:

1. Training Coordination: Collaborate with subject matter experts as they deliver training programs tailored to the needs of our clients, including banks, microfinance institutions, and other fintech companies.

2. Training Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of client training needs, identifying knowledge gaps and areas for improvement.

3. Training Evaluation: Assist in the development of evaluation mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of training programs and gather feedback from participants.

4. Coordinate Training Logistics: Manage all aspects of training logistics, including scheduling, venue selection, participant registration, and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

5. Content Creation assistance: Assist in the development of compelling marketing content, including website copy, blog articles, case studies, whitepapers, and other collateral to educate and engage prospective clients.

6. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences. Use insights to refine marketing strategies and target messaging effectively.

Job Requirements

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing or training, preferably within the fintech, banking, or microfinance industry.
  • Experience in Training or Event Coordination is a plus.
  • Fintech and Financial Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the fintech industry, as well as banking and microfinance operations. Familiarity with financial technology products and services is a plus.
