Operator Specialist

Purposeof Job.Under direction of the production team leader, Operator Specialist has the overall responsibilities of achieving the planned volume for the assigned unit/line, set up and operate machines, ensure availability of enough manpower, monitor machine and manpower performance for the assigned unit/line, report machine breakdown and follow up maintenance, minimize downtime attributed to manpower/material/rework, minimize wastage, ensure mixing quality is maintained, ensure overall quality of the product, operate machines as required

MajorRole & Responsibility: –

Preparation

• Make sure raw material, manpower, machine, pallet, packing material are ready for production.

Machine utilization

Trainings for junior staffs.

• Promptly inform the close-up of the production process, unusual sound or a problem immediately with the production Team leader, to correct the deficiencies, and assist with the repair personnel in the repair work.

Production

• 
  

  Ensureoperation plan is met on assigned unit/line.

• Minimize down time that occurs due to manpower shortage, machine breakdown, staff negligence, rework.

• Level-IV in Machining, industrial drives technology, General Mechanic industrial or any other Technical related fields

• Minimum 5-years’ experience in an FMCG industry out of which two years as Senior Operator / Operator III.
