Job Description


– Support Quality Assurance Manager on the administration and coordination of operational units and collaborating partners

– Ensure food safety and quality standards (QMS, HACCP, GHP) are practiced at all food establishments

– Ensure personal hygiene, safety and health provisions are available at each facility and are to the standard

– Ensure food safety and quality documentations are up to date and readily available at point of use

– Support the implementation of occupational safety and health standards at all food facilities

– Support HACCP team, HSE team and food service supervisors to accomplish assigned duties

– Supervise daily operational practices of HACCP standard at each food outlet

– Collect samples from incoming food ingredients, finished products and working environments for laboratory testing as scheduled

– Ensure selected equipment are calibrated and correction factors are considered during operation

– Supervise pest control activities in all food facilities and corresponding records are completed and documented

– Take part in internal and scheduled supplier audits with the audit team leader

– Conduct root cause analysis and propose corrective actions if non-conforming works encounter

– Coordinate internal meetings, trainings and communications related to food safety and quality matters

– Generate comprehensive reports of the daily, weekly, and monthly activities as directed.

– Follow up of assigned duties and operational practices with responsible team and or committee members

– Accomplish other assigned tasks

Job Requirements


– MSc, BSc Degree in; Food Science, Applied Nutrition, Biology, Public health or related fields.

– MSc degree: 2 years of relevant work experience

– BSc degree: 4 years of relevant work experience

Required experience:

– Practical experience on ISO standards and Certification System

– Familiar with Food quality and safety standards

– Hands on experience on Quality Management System

– Familiar with HACCP principles and operations

– Familiar with the principles of quality management systems auditing

– Background Knowledge on food service and hospitality industry

Required skills:

– Excellent interpersonal communication skills

– Proactive communication and detail oriented

– Ability to work under fast paced environment

– Excellent report writing skills

– Commendable IT skills
