Job Description
The Real Estate Telemarketing Agent is responsible for generating leads and sales for the real estate company by making outbound phone calls to potential clients, qualifying leads, and making appointments for real estate property viewing or in-house sales presentation. The ideal candidate will have strong appointment making skills and be able to build relationships with clients over the phone.
Responsibilities
· Make outbound phone calls to potential clients
· Qualify leads and determine their interest in real estate
· Schedule appointments for real estate property viewing or in-house sales presentation
· Follow up with potential clients after calls
· Track and report on sales results
· Maintain a positive and professional attitude
Job Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in sales or telemarketing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build relationships with clients over the phone
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
