Senior Marketing Officer

Background of Company

Kerchanshe Group is the largest producer and exporter of coffee in Ethiopia, and engage in manufacturing, agro-processing and export business. It has a proud history of providing quality coffees to the local and international markets. Currently Kerchanshe Group needs a dedicated and motivated candidate.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Guide our Marketing team in planning, developing, and implementing marketing strategies that help improve customer base
• Set targets, monitor KPIs, submit data reports, and ensure consistent performance of campaigns
• Establish systematic workflows to ensure timely delivery of marketing services
• Review business reports, conduct surveys, and optimise top-of-the-funnel campaigns with a targeted approach
• Oversee the execution of promotional campaigns on our social media platforms (Facebook, Telegram, Instagram, etc.)
• Identify and recommend opportunities for revenue growth by conducting market research and evaluating trends
• Provide necessary feedback to the Marketing team on key observations after analyzing campaign reports, ad budgets, etc
• Conducting price survey.

Qualification

• BA in Marketing management or other business related fields.

Experience

• 4 years’ experience as marketing officer

Skills

• Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
• Customer service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
