Our company is seeking to hire a Sales Manager who will be responsible for supervising and organizing our sales team. You will be in charge of managing organizational sales by developing business plans, setting and meeting planned goals, and coordinating with our marketing department on lead generation. Lead the Company Sales Force in achieving the sales objectives for the sales area as set in the Customer Marketing Plans and Customer Business Plans. Co-develop local Sales Force Strategy together with international sales manager. Lead and plan sales resources in sales area. Lead sales force projects.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Creating training manuals, modules, and other learning materials.
• Providing training sessions in a face-to-face, online, or hybrid setup.
• Conducting assessments to evaluate employee mastery.
• Devising training strategies and best practices.
• Producing content for in-house training materials.
• Evaluating completed training programs for optimization.
• Reporting and presenting training results to management.
  Coordinate, manage, and deliver training programs
• Coordinate post-hire training for all new hires
• Develop, deliver, and manage training programs for all new hires
• Develop, deliver, and manage training programs for all middle management
• Develop, deliver, and manage training programs for all new hires

• Bachelor’s degree with an appropriate business science major is preferred.
• Qualification in Instruction and/or learning design is advantageous.
• Demonstrable experience as a training officer.
• Proven track record of boosting company growth through training.
• Knowledge of all relevant performance tracking software and indices.
• Thorough understanding of contemporary HR and business procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Energetic, determined, and highly capable disposition.
• Proven experience in a training program management role
• Strong decision-making capabilities
• Strong working knowledge of operational procedures
