Pseudo diplomatic cover never lasts long!

Why does the world fail to understand Ethiopia’s genuine expedition towards transformation? Do committing inexpressible atrocities and force innocent civilians swallow morsels of sufferings help somebody reap support? This is what practically witnessed in Ethiopia as the sacred deeds of the legitimately elected government are dumped to trashcan and the incalculable losses, evil acts and mayhems of the terrorist Tigray People Liberation Front (TPLF) are well acknowledged.

The world has to get their tilt down stance upright! Providing terrorists with diplomatic cover and help them play victim card leads nowhere apart from making terrorism rampant.

To the surprise of everyone, illegitimate judgments are passed and clear partisan stances are being reflected against Ethiopia at the time when it is working for peace and reinvigorating its relations with countries of long time alliance such as United States of America.

Though the government of Ethiopia has tried all its best to restore peace and serenity, the peace-loathing terrorist TPLF has never accepted all the potential options and the peace avenues entertained by the government and ultimately triggered war.

Having been defeated twice even trice and concealed itself at Mekelle, the terrorist group has continued invasion and get citizens in Afar suffered more.

Some activists who are its proponents are heard of saying that the group has retreated to Tigray for seeking peace and ceasefire after its being prettily defeated by the combined effort of all Ethiopians. If truth be told, it is not a ceasefire; but an absolute defeat.

Taking all terrorists activists, irresponsible officials and paid individuals utterances for granted, the international community has not yet well understood the reality on the ground in Ethiopia. It seems that this is a deliberate action to make Ethiopia a weak and submissive nation.

All the bodies especially the international community and their media have so far never said anything about the group where it invaded Amhara and Afar months ago and its immeasurable loss of property as well as displacement of a number of citizens from their place of origin following its recent military incursion in Afar.

Unpredictably, some global power along with their partisan media has been assisting the group ranging from disseminating false information to sponsoring with influential instruments like impositions leading to sanction. For instance, recently, the House of Foreign Affairs Committee passed a bipartisan bill HR6600 introduced by Representatives Tom Malinowski (DNJ) and Young Kim (R-CA) that requires the administration to exert sanctions against Ethiopia and cease investment supports has been proposed and readied for confirmation.

Since the bill has deliberately amplified minor things and set the works of the Ethiopian government aside merely to conceal the untold atrocities and indescribable losses TPLF has caused in Afar with a view to provide it with a fabricated diplomatic cover, it has lacked authenticity from the outset.

The repercussion of the bill is quite detrimental as it would potentially impede the century plus bilateral ties between Ethiopia and United States of America.

If one well understands what the bill carries, its significance is dramatically diminished and goes in contrary to the current Ethio-America relations. Cognizant of the fact that the two countries have recorded a long standing bilateral relation, Ethiopia and United States of America are currently working towards cultivating their relations. However, unless reassessed and corrected as timely as possible, the bill would cast unbearable shadow on the bright amicable trek of the two countries.

All in all, the conspiracy orchestrated against Ethiopia calculatingly or unintentionally has to halt somewhere as covering crimes of terrorist TPLF benefits no one. Besides, the international community is dutybound to reinforce countries to grow as part of global transformation agendum.
