Earlier, the federal government had announced its readiness to participate in today’s talks. The two forces are sitting around the table to resolve their differences through talks as the war in Tigray continues to intensify.

This negotiating team is chaired by the Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Demeke Mekonon and consists of seven members.
